The City of Lawrence is seeking proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Third Party Administrator Services for the City’s 403(b), 403(b)(7) and 457 deferred compensation plans, and voluntary products. It is the City’s intent to transfer the administrative responsibilities of the tax deferred and tax sheltered annuity custodial plans to the selected TPA.
Proposals from vendors are due at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 200 Common Street, Room #101, Lawrence, MA 01840 on or before 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 23, 2022.
Specifications can be downloaded from the City’s website at www.cityoflawrence.com/bids after 9:00 a.m. on Monday, May 2, 2022.
All proposals submitted in response to this Request for Proposals will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute.
A three-year contract shall be awarded to the most advantageous proposal, taking price into consideration. The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or take whatever action is in the best interest of the City.
